SERVICESWhat I Do?
Most times my approach to therapy is eclectic which means I use multiple theoretical orientations and techniques in any one session. However, this is very much determined by your unique needs e.g., your situation and personality.
Let’s face it, some of us thrive on change and even go in search of it, some of us can take it or leave us, while others simply prefer the status quo and take a little longer to move in another direction.
Today, the modern therapist can be very creative, unlike the therapist of the early 20th Century where therapy existed of mainly one style of treatment which was expected to suit everyone.
Being flexible can add curiosity, adventure and new interests in our day-to-day lives, which, when practised in small daily increments, can change our circumstances without the feeling of being totally overwhelmed.
