I work in both public and private spaces by combining the best of psychology – both Traditional Psychology and Positive Psychology through individual face-to-face and online sessions. Walking together barefoot on the beach is proving to be a relaxed psychological approach to therapy with outdoors being the perfect environmment for the nervous system to calm down, regulate and begin to heal.
Regardless of where you have your therapy the opportunity is available for you to continue developing your quality-of-life improvements between sessions via my Everyday Colab which is a Global Community Collaborative Partnership – via mobile or computer no matter where you are in the world. Both science and personal experience acknowledge that high-level growth happens when we are out of the therapy room practising prescribed strategic interventions in the real world.
Each week, many engaging in therapy, show evidence supporting the value of this colaborative and relaxed style of partnership. Presently my youngest client is 12 and my oldest is 84 demonstrating that all ages can benefit from attending sessions.
I have proven that age is no barrier, and, in fact, that aging is an amazing gift not to be squandered. Being flexible and able to meet each and every client where they are at, is the key to successful engagement.
I would welcome the opportunity to connect with you – no matter what stage of life you are at – to discuss my approach and methodology that incorporates the whole person including mental, emotional, behavioural and spiritual levels.
We are much stronger together.
